Service. Niparo provides tools for organizations to manage members, tasks, requests, communications, and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts. Organization administrators are responsible for invites, permissions, and lawful use by their members. Members access Niparo only as authorized by their organization.

Acceptable use. You will not misuse Niparo (for example, by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or violating applicable law).

Fees & trials. Paid plans, trials, and billing follow the terms presented at signup or in your order. Taxes may apply where required.

Disclaimer. Services are provided “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

Limitation. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law for your use of the service described on this site.
